Our Story
Started in 2011 with one simple idea: consulting should be useful. We were tired of watching smart entrepreneurs get lost in consultant jargon. So we built something different. Early days were scrappy—coffee shops, handwritten notes, real conversations. That approach never left us. As we grew to 47 team members across three offices, we stayed obsessed with outcomes over optics. We've worked through booms and busts. Seen what kills companies and what saves them.
